To make this shift, Multiply partnered with The Osprey Group to design and build the initial version of its software platform—one that could house core messaging components like value propositions, differentiators, and positioning language, and later evolve into an intelligent training engine powered by AI.
The Challenge
Multiply’s early success was rooted in high-touch consulting engagements, where sales managers walked team members through roleplay-style training, known internally as the “Hot Seat.” While effective, this model didn’t scale.

Osprey’s Solution
Osprey helped Multiply architect and launch the first version of its software in 2020. This initial platform allowed users to configure their company’s core sales messaging—including mission statements, customer problems, and market differentiators—within a structured and reusable digital framework.
As adoption grew, Multiply envisioned a more scalable way to deliver its training experience. Osprey worked closely with the Multiply team to bring that vision to life in a major product evolution:
AI-Driven Sales Simulation and Grading

Custom LLM Integration: Osprey integrated a proprietary large language model to simulate real-time sales conversations. This allowed reps to practice sales interactions in various tones—from informal phone calls to formal presentations.

Proprietary Grading Rubric: Osprey also helped implement an automated scoring system to evaluate how well reps internalized and delivered their company’s messaging. This reduced subjectivity and provided consistent feedback across teams.
